vii STIMLOG Indonesia ABSTRAK Tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai analisis penentuan prioritas kriteria dalam pemilihan vendor di PT. Argha Karya menggunakan metode AHP. Analisis penentuan prioritas ini dilakukan karena perusahaan belum memiliki prioritas dalam pemilihan vendor sehingga perusahaan kurang maksimal dalam memilih vendor yang akan bekerja sama. Dalam melakukan penentuan prioritas kriteria, penulis menggunakan metode AHP dalam pengolahan datanya sehingga hasil akhir akan didapatkan bobot tertinggi pada kriteria dalam pemilihan vendor. Kriteria yang memiliki bobot tertinggi merupakan kriteria yang perlu diprioritaskan pada saat pemilihan vendor. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bobot tertinggi kriteria pada pemilihan vendor. Sementara kriteria pelayanan dan kualitas dipengaruhi oleh kriteria responsive dan tanggng jawab. Kriteria responsive mendapatkan bobot tertinggi dalam pemilihan vendor. Kata kunci : Penentuan prioritas, AHP viii STIMLOG Indonesia ABSTRACT This final project discusses the analysis of prioritization of criteria in the selection of vendors at PT. Argha Karya uses the the AHP method. This prioritization analysis is carried out because the company does not yet have a priority in vendor selection so that the company is not optimal in choosing vendors to work with. In determining the priority criteria, the authors use the AHP methods in processing the data so that the final result will get the highest weight on the criteria in vendor selection. The criteria that have the highest weight are the criteria that need to be prioritized at the time of vendor selection. The results of this study are to determine the highest weight of criteria in vendor selection. Meanwhile, service and quality criteria are influenced by responsive and responsible criteria. Responsive criteria get the highest weight in vendor selection. Keywords: Priority determination, , AHP
