Abstract

ABSTRAK Analisis Wilingness to Pay Penambahan Fitur Protokol Kesehatan Pengguna JNE Disaat Pandemi Oleh: Khalil Gibran Laisila 13116017 Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) merupakan salah satu jasa pengiriman barang di Bandung. JNE mengirimkan rata-rata sekitar 1,3 juta paket di seluruh Indonesia. Mayoritas pengiriman terjadi pada Senin hingga Jumat. Porsi pengiriman Jabodetabek mencapai sekitar 40 persen. Namun di masa pandemi seperti ini semua perusahaan menjadi terhambat dalam melakukan aktivitasnya. Penyebaran virus corona atau Covid-19 masih terjadi dan pemerintah telah menghimbau agar masyarakat mengurangi aktifitas di luar rumah, khususnya tempat keramaian. Dalam menghadapi situasi tersebut JNE pun melakukan berbagai persiapan untuk mencegah penyebaran virus corona sekaligus mempertahankan kualitas pelayanan. Dalam penetapkan tarif pelayanan tambahan protokol kesehatan, JNE perlu mengetahui kemampuan membayar (Ability to Pay) dan kemauan membayar (Willingness to Pay) pengguna jasa JNE. Metode pengumpulan data dengan melakukan survey terhadap pengguna jasa JNE. Pengukuran Ability To Pay (ATP) dan Willingness to Pay (WTP) menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan pada pengguna jasa JNE. Hasil penelitian yaitu estimasi nilai ATP sebesar Rp.24.079,- dan nilai WTP sebesar Rp.24. 037. JNE sends an average of around 1.3 million packages throughout Indonesia. The majority of deliveries occur Monday through Friday. The portion of Jabodetabek shipments reaches around 40 percent. However, during a pandemic like this, all companies become obstructed in carrying out their activities. The spread of the corona virus or Covid-19 is still happening and the government has appealed to the public to reduce activities outside the home, especially in crowded places. In facing this situation, JNE has made various preparations to prevent the spread of the virus while maintaining the quality of service. Setting train rates can see the ability to pay (Ability to Pay) and Willingness to Pay (Willingness to Pay) of JNE service users. The data method is by conducting a survey of JNE service users. The measurement of Ability To Pay (ATP) and Willingness to Pay (WTP) uses a questionnaire distributed to JNE service users. The result of this research is that the value of ATP is Rp. 24,079 and the value of WTP is Rp. 24. 037. Keywords: JNE, Ability to Pay, fill Pay
