Abstract

STIMLOG Indonesia vi ABSTRAK Gapoktan Bawang Putih Sembalun Horti merupakan gabungan kelompok tani yang bergerak dalam proses penyediaan bawang putih yang bertempatan di pulau Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Gapoktan melakukan kegiatan pendistribusian bawang putih dengan bantuan pihak kedua jasa ekspedisi. Pihak kedua yang digunakan oleh gapoktan memiliki beberapa kekurangan dan juga kelebihan. Maka dari itu diperlukan adanya analisis kinerja pihak kedua jasa ekspedisi untuk menentukan pihak jasa ekspedisi terbaik manakah yang akan digunakan nantinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana analisis pada pihak kedua jasa ekspedisi dan pihak kedua manakah yang terbaik berdasarkan penilaian dan perangkingan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan terlebih dahulu penilaian pada pihak kedua dengan menggunakan metode AHP dan TOPSIS. Untuk membantu penelitian dilakukan wawancara dan menyebarkan beberapa kuisioner kepada pihak gapoktan. Pada penelitian juga digunakan beberapa kriteria dan sub kriteria yang dibagi menjadi 2 hierarki, kriteria ini kemudian diberikan bobot oleh responden. Bobot yang telah diberikan kemudian digunakan sebagai penilaian dan perhitungan terhadap alternatif pemilihan pihak kedua jasa ekspedisi. Setelah melakukan pengolahan data maka ditemukan analisis yaitu, pada penilitian ini menggunakan empat kriteria dan masing-masing terdapat satu sub kriteria. Hierarki 1 Kriteria (A) yang memiliki bobot tertinggi adalah Harga A (Tarif per ton) dengan bobot 0,2990 dan pihak kedua yang memiliki perangkingan terbaik adalah LE dengan nilai bobot 0,9997. Pada Hierarki 2 Kriteria (B), kriteria yang nilai bobotnya tertinggi adalah Pelayanan B (After Sales) dengan nilai bobot 0,2883. Hierarki 2 Kriteria (B) memiliki perangkingan tertinggi adalah SI dengan nilai bobot 0,99. Gapoktan conducts garlic distribution activities with the help of the two expedition services. The second party used by Gapoktan has several advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the performance of the two expedition services to determine which of the best expedition services will be used later. The purpose of this research is to see how the analysis on the second party of the expedition service and which second party is the best based on the assessment and ranking. In this study, an assessment of the second party was carried out using the AHP and TOPSIS methods. To assist the research, interviews were conducted and distributed several questionnaires to the Gapoktan parties. The research also used several criteria and sub-criteria which were divided into 2 hierarchies, these criteria were then given weight by the respondents. The weight that has been given is then used as an assessment and calculation of the alternative selection of the second party for the expedition service. After processing the data, an analysis was found, namely, in this research, four criteria were used and each of them contained one sub-criteria. Hierarchy 1 Criterion (A) which has the highest weight is Price A (rate per ton) with a weight of 0.2990 and the second party that has the best ranking is LE with a weight value of 0.9997. In Hierarchy 2 Criteria (B), the criterion with the highest weight value is Service B (After Sales) with a weighted value of 0.2883.
