Abstract
Operasional suatu perusahaan diharapkan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan berkelanjutan agar perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kinerja Sustainable Supply Chain yang terdiri dari lingkungan, sosial, dan ekonomi, serta memberikan rekomendasi bagi kriteria yang masih membutuhkan improvement. Pengukuran Sustainable Supply Chain dilakukan dengan pendekatan Product Service System. Studi kasus dilakukan pada Usaha Sabun Cuci Tangan Vasty Clean UMKM CV Harumi Nusantara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 12 dari total 18 kriteria keberlanjutan yang prioritas perbaikannya tinggi atau High (H) dan sedang atau Medium (M), yaitu empat kriteria dari dimensi lingkungan, tiga kriteria dari dimensi sosial, dan lima kriteria dari dimensi ekonomi. Dari 22 rekomendasi yang diberikan, terpilih sembilan rekomendasi yang memiliki nilai keberlanjutan dan kelayakan terbaik dalam implementasinya, yaitu subtitusi penggunaan sarung tangan plastik menjadi chemical resistant gloves berbahan nitril, penggunaan ulang kemasan jerigen, penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri, pemasangan/ penempelan simbol serta peringatan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja, membuat standar formulasi produk untuk menjaga konsistensi kualitas produk, retensi konsumen dan reseller, menambah varian sabun cuci tangan, menambah fitur pengiriman via Gosend/ Grabexpress, dan bermitra dengan Grabmart. Selain itu, disarankan untuk melakukan koordinasi dengan jaringan perantara perusahaan maupun pemasok mengenai informasi jadwal kebutuhan, dan melakukan kooperasi dengan partner kerja sama menggunakan kontrak tertulis. Kata Kunci: Sustainable Supply Chain, Product Service System, UMKM ABSTRACT The operations of a company are expected to run well and sustainably so that the company can achieve its goals. This study aims to analyze the performance of the Sustainable Supply Chain which consists of environmental, social, and economic aspects, as well as provide recommendations for criteria that still need improvement. The measurement of Sustainable Supply Chain is carried out with a Product Service System approach. The case study was conducted at the Vasty Clean MSME Hand Washing Soap Business CV Harumi Nusantara. The results showed that there were 12 out of a total of 18 sustainability criteria with High priority for improvement or High (H) and Medium or Medium (M), namely four criteria from the environmental dimension, three criteria from the social dimension, and five criteria from the economic dimension. Of the 22 recommendations given, nine recommendations were chosen that have the best sustainability and feasibility values in their implementation, namely substitution of the use of plastic gloves into chemical resistant gloves made of nitrile, reuse of jerry cans, use of Personal Protective Equipment, installation/sticking of symbols as well as Health and Safety warnings. Work Safety, standardize product formulations to maintain product quality consistency, retention of consumers and resellers, add variants of hand soap, add delivery features via Gosend/ Grabexpress, and partner with Grabmart. In addition, it is recommended to coordinate with the company's intermediary network and suppliers regarding information on the schedule of needs, and to cooperate with cooperation partners using written contracts.
