Abstract

ABSTRAK Persediaan di PT.Hitachi Astemo Bekasi Manufacturing mengalami peningkatan dalam beberapa dekade. Tetapi, selama tahun 2020 persediaan mengalami penurunan, dikarenakan situasi pandemi covid-19 yang dimana semua dibatasi. Seperti distribusi, promosi, dan produksi hingga penjualan dikurangi untuk menghindari terjadinya kerugiaan yang cukup besar. PT. Hitachi Astemo Bekasi Manufacturing adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak pada bidang otomotif transportasi. Produk yang dihasilkan oleh PT. Hitachi Astemo Bekasi Manufacturing adalah onderdil, spearpart, dan mesin kendaraan lainnya. Pada PT. Hitachi Astemo Bekasi Manufacturing sendiri belum menggunakan metode path analysis atau analisis jalur untuk melihat pengaruh sebab akibat secara komples pada pendistribusian, promosi, dan produksi dalam peningkatan volume penjualan serta persediaan stok barang untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen. Untuk itu perlu dilakukannya studi pengaruh tiap kegiatan untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Distribusi sendiri adalah proses kegiatan yang memiliki peran penting untuk menyalurkan hasil dari produksi, promosi adalah kegiatan untuk mempromosikan barang untuk meningkatkan penjualan, penjualan meningkat maka produksi barang yang dibuat harus juga meningkat sehingga stok persediaan harus dapat terpenuhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami manajemen penjualan serta persediaan pada perusahaan dan menganalisis besarnya pengaruh dari distribusi, promosi, dan produksi terhadap persediaan melalui volume penjualan sebelum pandemi dan saat pandemi covid-19. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa besarnya pengaruh dari distribusi, promosi, dan produksi terhadap persediaan melalui volume penjualan sebelum pandemi sebesar 26,3% maka kekuatan data dari kegiatan distribusi, promosi, dan produksi untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan persediaan sebelum pandemi adalah 26,3%. Pengaruh dari distribusi, promosi, dan produksi terhadap persediaan melalui volume penjualan sebelum pandemi sebesar 28,6% maka kekuatan data dari kegiatan distribusi, promosi, dan produksi untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan persediaan saat pandemi adalah 28,6%. Hitachi Astemo Bekasi Manufacturing is a manufacturing company engaged in the automotive transportation sector. Products produced by PT. Hitachi Astemo Bekasi Manufacturing is spare parts, spear parts, and other vehicle engines. At PT. Hitachi Astemo Bekasi Manufacturing itself has not used the path analysis method or path analysis to see the complex causal effect on distribution, promotion, and production in increasing sales volume and stock inventory to meet consumer demand. For this reason, it is necessary to study the effect of each activity to increase sales. Distribution itself is a process of activities that have an important role to distribute the results of production, promotion is an activity to promote goods to increase sales, sales increase, the production of goods made must also increase so that inventory stocks must be met. This study aims to understand sales and inventory management at the company and analyze the magnitude of the influence of distribution, promotion, and production on inventory through sales volume before the pandemic and during the covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of the study showing that the magnitude of the influence of distribution, promotion, and production on inventory through sales volume before the pandemic was 26.3%, the power of data from distribution, promotion, and production activities to increase sales and inventory before the pandemic was 26.3%. The effect of distribution, promotion, and production on inventory through sales volume before the pandemic was 28.6%, so the power of data from distribution, promotion, and production activities to increase sales and inventory during the pandemic was 28.6%.
