vii STIMLOG Indonesia ANALISIS ANGKUTAN BARANG PASAR WAGE KABUPATEN BANYUMAS Diva Ogi Pangestu Jurusan Manajemen Transportasi Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Logistik Indonesia Bandung [email protected] ABSTRAK Perkotaan Purwokerto, merupakan kota dengan tingkat mobilitas yang tinggi. Pasar Wage salah satu tata guna lahan yang memiliki aktivitas tingkat intensitas tinggi. Besarnya aktivitas pada Pasar Wage menimbulkan arus pergerakan bangkitan dan tarikan perjalanan. Satunya berasal dari kendaraan angkutan barang. Pergerakan angkutan barang sangat dipengaruhi oleh infrastruktur jalan yang memenunuhi persyaratan laik fungsi jalan dari segi fungsi dan kelas jalan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik angkutan barang, bangkitan dan tarikan, dan jalur lintas angkutan barang di Perkotaan Purwokerto sebagai pendukung Pasar Wage apakah jalur tersebut sudah sesuai dengan jenis kendaraan, fungsi, dan kelas jalan yang diperuntukan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan hasil, karakteristik angkutan barang jenis kendaraan yang paling banyak digunakan pick up & box sebesar 78 persen. Bangkitan dan tarikan, angkutan barang jam puncak terjadi pada dini hari, tarikan sebesar 39 smp/jam dan bangkitan sebesar 28 smp/jam Hasil analisis trip rate, dengan pembanding luas lahan per-100 m2 bangkitan sebesar 3,65 smp/jam dan tarikan sebesar 3,75 smp/jam. Kesesuaian jalur yang dilewati angkutan barang, dari total 29 ruas jalan, kesesuaian fungsi 6 (enam) jalan membutuhkan lebar jalan minimum dan kesesuaian kelas jalur yang dilewati angkutan barang masih sesuai dengan kelas jalan yang diperuntukan. Wage Market is one of the land uses that has a high level of activity. The amount of activity in the Wage Market creates a flow of movement and attraction. One of them comes from goods transport vehicles. The movement of freight transport is strongly influenced by road infrastructure that meets the requirements for road function in terms of road function and class. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the transportation of goods, generation and tow, and freight transportation routes in Urban Purwokerto as a supporter of the Wage Market were in accordance with the type of vehicle, function, and road class intended. The method used is descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. With the results, the characteristics of the type of vehicle that are used the most are pick ups & boxes by 78 percent. Generation and towing, peak hour freight transport occurs in the early hours of the morning, towing is 39 pcu/hour and generation is 28 pcu/hour. The results of trip rate analysis, with a comparison of land area per 100 m2, generation of 3.65 pcu/hour and towing of 3.75 smp/hour. The suitability of the paths passed by freight transport, from a total of 29 roads, a choice of 6 (six) roads that require a minimum road width and the paths through which goods transport are still in accordance with the designated road class.
