Agriculture in Indonesia is still dominated by conventional agriculture. Predictions about the state of the earth in Indonesia if we continue to rely on conventional agriculture can continue to have negative impacts, such as soil degradation, loss of fertility, and erosion. To create sustainable agriculture and food security so as to produce good suppliers of staples, a shift must be made from conventional farming to organik farming. The shift to organik agriculture is expected to improve supply chain sustainability, support food security, and create sustainable agriculture. In the global context, Indonesia's demand for organik rice is increasing, driven by consumer awareness of nutritious food. While Indonesia's organik rice exports have increased, the agricultural sector remains a major employment source in Indonesia, providing opportunities to switch to organik farming. Although the export potential of organik rice is considerable, challenges arise, especially in developing countries. Lack of capability and changes in farmers' mindsets are the main obstacles. This research uses the Interpretative Structure Modeling (ISM) method with the help of Eximpro software. The focus of this study is to identify the main obstacles to the transition from conventional farming to organik farming. Data was obtained through interviews with farmers who are members of the Association of Taruna Sakti, Simpatik, and Sugih Mukti Farmer Groups, using purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that farmers' "lack of awareness" was the main factor influencing the switch to organik farming. The lack of understanding of farmers about organik rice practices has an impact on the difficulty of obtaining organik fertilizer and producing optimal product quality. This is an obstacle in the certification process because there are still chemicals in organik products. Market uncertainty and suboptimal selling prices are also additional burdens. The transition process requires large amounts of capital and has the potential to cause initial financial losses. The low cost of farmers' wages is a serious obstacle, and the lack of government support, especially for smallholders, makes them feel less supported in switching to organik farming. Keywords: Sustainable agriculture supply chain, Sustainable farming, Organik rice.
