The Decision support system (DSS) is a method that aims to assist humans in making decisions by utilizing available data and information. One of the uses of SPK is in the selection of motorbikes for goods delivery activities at the Cirebon branch of PT Sentral Cargo. from observations and interviews with drivers of PT Sentral Cargo Cirebon branch Kurir from PT Sentral Cargo Cirebon branch often experience difficulties in delivering goods to remote areas. Based on observational data, 80% indicated that delivery difficulties to remote areas could cause delays in delivery, damage to goods, and even loss of goods. This of course has a negative impact on customer confidence and company costs. As a solution, the company must ensure that couriers have access to accurate route information and choose the appropriate motor vehicle to avoid this problem. In shipping goods, choosing the right motorcycle will greatly affect the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's operations. In this study, the method used is the Weight Product method to calculate the weight and level of importance of each selected criterion. The selected criteria are price, fuel efficiency, cruising range, vehicle speed and maximum capacity. Furthermore, the data obtained was evaluated and analyzed using excel and word software. The results showed that the most suitable motorcycle for goods delivery activities at PT Sentral Cargo Cirebon branch was the Honda Supra X 125 with the highest score on the criteria for engine capacity, maximum speed and safety.
