ABSTRAK Indonesia mempunyai tujuan untuk mengindustrialisasi sektor perikanan, dan industrialisasi sebuah komoditas harus memperhatikan rantai pasok, dan ikan tuna sangat bergantung pada rantai pasok yang baik, jika raw material dari rantai pasok ikan tuna yang muncul pada elemen supplier adalah raw material yang baik, maka produk ikan tunak tersebut juga akan ikut baik. CV Prima Indo Tuna bergerak pada bidang industri hasil laut yang akan di ekspor ke berbagai macam negara, expor yang dilakukan sebanyak satu bulan sekali atau satu bulan dua kali dengan kapasitas 20 Ton mengunakan container, untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar CV. Prima Indo Tuna mendapatkan raw material melalui beberapa supplier yang mereka punya, raw material tuna dikirim melalui transportasi darat kendaraan A dan kendaraan B dengan sekali pengiriman dalam skala besar, pengiriman tersebut langsung dikirim dari daerah asal supplier kepada tempat pemerosesan ikan tuna dan langsung di proses menjadi produk ikan tuna. Namun CV. Prima Indo Tuna Pernah terkena biaya pinalti sebesar 2% dari harga total penjualan dari kontrak di karenakan tidak sesuai dengan permintaan buyer dan terdedeksinya Histamine yang menyebabkan perusahaan tidak dapat menjual produk yang terkontaminasi Histamine. Hal ini menjadika perusahaan merugi sebesar Rp. 1.273.000.000. Kontaminasi tersebut terjadi di karenakan kesalahan pada raw material yang kurang baik yang berasal dari 5 supplier yang di miliki CV. Prima Indo Tuna, hal tersebut membuat CV. Prima Indo Tuna membayar biaya pinalti tersebut. Metode yang Penulis gunakan pada penelitian ini ialah metode Brainstorming, Fuzzy Analitycal Hierarchy Process (FAHP) Dan Multi – Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA), maka dari itu diapatkan hasil berupa Kriteria yang cocok untuk CV. Prima Indo Tuna ialah Penaganan Distribusi (Rank 4), Quality(Rank 1), Waktu (Rank 5), Harga (Rank 3), Quantity (Rank 2). Supplier utama untuk CV. Prima Indo Tuna ialah supplier H. Abbas (Bone). Dan Supplier alternative untuk CV. Prima Indo Tuna ialah Said (Majene), H. Windah (Gorontalo), Wawan (Donggala), dan Andi Bintang (Toli-toli). ABSTRACT Indonesia has a goal of industrializing the fisheries sector, and the industrialization of a commodity must pay attention to the supply chain, and tuna is very dependent on a good supply chain, if the raw material from the tuna supply chain that appears in the supplier element is good raw material, then the fish product the buds will also go well. CV Prima Indo Tuna is engaged in the marine product industry which will be exported to various countries, exports are carried out once a month or twice a month with a capacity of 20 tons using containers, to meet market demand CV. Prima Indo Tuna gets raw materials through several suppliers that they have, tuna raw materials are sent via land transportation vehicle A and vehicle B with one large-scale shipment, the shipment is sent directly from the supplier's area of origin to the tuna processing site and directly processed into tuna products. But CV. Prima Indo Tuna was once subject to a penalty fee of 2% of the total sales price of the contract because it did not comply with the buyer's request and the detection of Histamine caused the company to be unable to sell products contaminated with Histamine. This makes the company lose Rp. 1,273,000,000. This contamination occurred due to errors in raw materials that were not good enough that came from 5 suppliers owned by CV. Prima Indo Tuna, this makes CV. Prima Indo Tuna pays the penalty fee. The method that the author uses in this study is the Brainstorming method, Fuzzy Analitycal Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA), therefore the results are in the form of suitable criteria for CV. Prima Indo Tuna is Handling Distribution (Rank 4), Quality (Rank 1), Time (Rank 5), Price (Rank 3), Quantity (Rank 2). The main supplier for CV. Prima Indo Tuna is a supplier of H. Abbas (Bone). And alternative suppliers for CV. Prima Indo Tuna are Said (Majene), H. Windah (Gorontalo), Wawan (Donggala), and Andi Bintang (Toli-toli).
