ABSTRAK CV Fatco sebagai perusahaan penyewaan barang tentunya membutuhkan angkutan transportasi barang yang digunakan untuk mengangkut barang – barangnya dari gudang ke tempat tujuan. Angkutan barang tentunya memiliki Biaya Operasional Kendaraan sebagai komponen yang penting pada setiap transportasi barang, apalagi juga berkaitan dalam hal manajemen finansial pada perusahaan karena pihak perusahaan harus mengeluarkan sejumlah anggaran rutin per tahunnya untuk me- manage setiap armada kendaraannya. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu berapa Biaya Operasional Kendaraan pada masing – masing angkutan barang atau truk, berdasarkan biaya tetap dan biaya variabelnya. Lalu, berdasarkan perbandingan dari hasil perhitungan BOK nya, peneliti juga menentukan satu truk yang nilai BOK nya terkecil. Dengan mengetahui truk dengan BOK yang terkecil, maka perusahaan bisa menentukan, mempertimbangkan, agar dalam penggunaannya yang lebih dioptimalkan dalam kegiatan operasional, dan nantinya jika harus membeli kendaraan operasional lagi, maka dapat menggunakan truk dengan BOK terkecil tersebut. Selain itu, juga dalam hal peremajaannya agar lebih mengutamakan truk tersebut. Penelitian ini dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan Biaya Operasional Kendaraan. Kata kunci : Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK), Angkutan barang, , Biaya Tetap, Biaya Variabel ABSTRACT CV Fatco as a goods rental companies certainly need goods transportation that is used to transport the goods from the warehouse to the destination. Freight transportation certainly has Vehicle Operating Costs as an important component of each transportation item, moreover it is also related to financial management at the company because the company has to issue a regular annual budget to manage each vehicle fleet. The formulation of the problem in this study is how much the Vehicle Operating Costs are for each freight or truck, based on fixed costs and variable costs. Then, based on a comparison of the BOK calculation results, the researchers also determined a truck with the smallest BOK value. By knowing the truck with the smallest BOK, the company can determine, consider, so that its use is more optimized in operational activities, and later if it has to buy another operational vehicle, it can use the truck with the smallest BOK. In addition, also in terms of rejuvenation to give priority to the truck. This research can be carried out using the Vehicle Operational Cost Calculation method.
