ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di kecamatan pagelaran kabupaten pringsewu di lampung. studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja rantai pasok ikan patin di kecamatan pagelaran, pringsewu. dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. yang terdapat beberapa indikator di dalam Metode Supply Chain Operation Reference, Snorm de Boer, lalu kemudian nilai performansi dikategorikan menggunakan Traffic Light System. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada rantai pasok ikan di kecamatan pagelaran ini meliputi pemenuhan pesanan yang tidak dapat terpenuhi dikarenakan produksi atau kapasitas yang tidak sebanding dengan permintaan pasar dan dimana produksi dan permintaan memiliki gap yang terbilang jauh yaitu dengan persentase 82%, kinerja rantai pasok juga meliputi tentang kinerja pengiriman dan sedikitnya persentase ikan yang mati dengan memperhatikan atribut, variabel dan lain hal sebagai pendukung kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa disimpulkan kinerja rantai pasok ikan patin yang ada di daerah kecamatan pagelaran ini proses kinerja rantai pasok di kecamatan pagelaran, pringsewu belum berjalan secara efisien, disebabkan karena faktor faktor dari proses perencanaan, sumber daya, proses pembudidayaan, dan distribusi dimana hasil menunjukkan persentase nilai performansi 53.31% yang dapat dikategorikan buruk. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi di daerah ini yaitu dapat mengurangi waktu pemenuhan pesanan, perencanaan produksi yang baik dan proses pendistribusian. ABSTRACT This research was conducted in the Pagelaran sub-district of Pringsewu Regency in Lampung. The study aims to analyze the efficiency of the supply chain performance of catfish in the Pagelaran sub-district, Pringsewu. In this research, both primary and secondary data were utilized, with several indicators within the Supply Chain Operation Reference Method by Snorm de Boer. The performance values were then categorized using the Traffic Light System. The issues occurring in the fish supply chain in Pagelaran subdistrict include unfulfilled orders due to production or capacity not matching market demand and Where production and demand have a considerable gap, namely by a percentage of 82%, supply chain performance also encompasses delivery performance and the minimal percentage of dead fish considering Atributes, variables, and other factors as performance supporters. Based on research results, it is concluded that the performance of the catfish supply chain in the Pagelaran subdistrict's area has not been running efficiently, caused by factors such as planning processes, resources, cultivation processes, and distribution, where the results indicate a performance value percentage of 53.31%, which can be categorized as poor. Efforts that can be made to improve efficiency in this area include reducing order fulfillment time, good production planning, and distribution processes.
