Abstract
ABSTRAK PT. Garuda Mas Semesta (GAMATEX) merupakan perusahaan tekstil yang memproduksi kain denim untuk didistribusikan ke wilayah Bandung Raya dan sekitarnya. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi Bagian antaran adalah pengelolaan lima tugas utama: antar jemput staf, distribusi kain, pengiriman dokumen, sampel, dan kebutuhan divisi. Dua masalah utama yang muncul adalah kurangnya tenaga antaran dan ketidakefisienan rute yang menyebabkan pemborosan waktu dan biaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Work Load Analysis (WLA) dan Heterogeneous Fleet Vehicle Routing Problem (HFVRP) dengan Algoritma Nearest Neighbour (NN) untuk merencanakan rute lebih efisien. Hasil WLA menunjukkan beban kerja rata-rata tenaga antaran sebesar 64,99%. Jumlah minimum tenaga antaran yang dibutuhkan adalah 4 orang, sedangkan maksimum adalah 6 orang. Perencanaan rute baru mengurangi jumlah trip sebesar 6%, dari 51 menjadi 48 trip, jarak tempuh berkurang 7% dari 1.384 km menjadi 1.137 km, waktu berkurang 21% dari 6.162 menit menjadi 4.875 menit, dan biaya berkurang 10% dari Rp 11.298.552 menjadi Rp 10.124.428. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perbaikan rute dan jadwal diperlukan untuk mengatasi ketidakefisienan dan memastikan kesiapan tenaga antaran. Garuda Mas Semesta (GAMATEX) is a textile company that produces denim fabrics to be distributed to the Greater Bandung area and its surroundings. The main challenge faced by the Delivery Section is managing five main tasks: staff pick-up and drop-off, fabric distribution, document delivery, samples, and division needs. The two main problems that arise are the lack of delivery personnel and route inefficiencies that cause wasted time and costs. This study uses the Work Load Analysis (WLA) and Heterogeneous Fleet Vehicle Routing Problem (HFVRP) methods with the Nearest Neighbor (NN) Algorithm to plan more efficient routes. The WLA results show an average workload of delivery personnel of 64.99%. The minimum number of delivery personnel required is 4 people, while the maximum is 6 people. The new route planning reduced the number of trips by 6%, from 51 to 48 trips, the distance traveled was reduced by 7% from 1,384 km to 1,137 km, the time was reduced by 21% from 6,162 minutes to 4,875 minutes, and the cost was reduced by 10% from Rp 11,298,552 to Rp 10,124,428. The study concluded that route and schedule improvements were needed to address inefficiencies and ensure the readiness of delivery personnel.
