ABSTRAK Musdhalifah, Dhafa Siti. 2025. Pengendalian Overstock Produk Fast Moving Menggunakan Metode Continuous Review System (s,S): Studi Kasus di Pt Enseval Putera Megatrading Cabang Sukabumi. Program Studi DIII Administrasi Logistik, Universitas Logistik dan Bisnis Internasional, Bandung. PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Cabang Sukabumi merupakan perusahaan distribusi yang memiliki lebih dari 2.500 jenis produk, salah satunya adalah Extra Joss Active 12SCH yang diklasifikasikan sebagai produk fast moving dengan nilai investasi tertinggi di divisi CHD. Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah terjadinya overstock akibat kebijakan pemesanan konstan tanpa mempertimbangkan fluktuasi permintaan dan kondisi persediaan aktual. Kondisi ini menyebabkan risiko penumpukan barang di gudang dan kedaluwarsa. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dilakukan penerapan metode continuous review system (s,S) yang mampu menentukan titik pemesanan ulang (s), jumlah pemesanan optimal (q), serta batas maksimum persediaan (S) secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ini berhasil menurunkan safety stock dari 3.787 unit menjadi 3.482 unit per minggu, menentukan titik pemesanan ulang sebesar 8.888 unit, jumlah pemesanan optimal 1.950 unit, serta batas maksimum stok 10.838 unit. Metode ini juga mampu menurunkan total biaya persediaan hingga lebih dari 59,67% dibanding kebijakan sebelumnya, sekaligus meningkatkan efisiensi pengendalian persediaan di perusahaan. PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Sukabumi Branch is a distribution company that handles over 2,500 types of products, one of which is Extra Joss Active 12SCH, classified as a fast-moving product with the highest investment value in the CHD division. The company faces an overstock issue caused by a constant ordering policy that does not take into account demand fluctuations and actual inventory conditions. This situation leads to the risk of stockpiling in the warehouse and product expiration. To address this problem, the Continuous Review System (s,S) method was implemented. This method systematically determines the reorder point (s), the optimal order quantity (q), and the maximum inventory level (S). The results showed that the method successfully reduced the safety stock from 3,787 units to 3,482 units per week, set the reorder point at 8,888 units, the optimal order quantity at 1,950 units, and the maximum stock level at 10,838 units. Additionally, this method reduced the total inventory cost by more than 59.67% compared to the previous policy, thus improving the company’s inventory control efficiency.
