EVALUASI KINERJA MITRA PROYEK DALAM MENDUKUNG EFISIENSI BIAYA RANTAI PASOK DENGAN PENDEKATAN SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS REFERENCE (SCOR) MODEL DI PT XYZ REGIONAL JAWA BARAT. Laporan Tugas Akhir, Program Studi DIII Administrasi Logistik, Universitas Logistik dan Bisnis Internasional, Bandung. Pembimbing: Dr. Ali Mohamad Rezza, S.T., M.M. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja mitra pada proyek modernisasi antena menggunakan pendekatan Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), serta membandingkannya dengan indikator kinerja (KPI) yang digunakan perusahaan saat ini. Tiga metrik utama SCOR yang diukur adalah Delivery Performance (DP), Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT), dan Cost Efficiency (CE). Penelitian ini menggunakan data proyek dari tiga mitra utama, yaitu MORA, SGP, dan WSM, dengan metode analisis kuantitatif berdasarkan penghitungan indikator SCOR dan perbandingan dengan KPI perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MORA unggul dalam efisiensi biaya langsung (CE 106%) namun memiliki DP dan OFCT lebih rendah dibandingkan WSM, yang menunjukkan reliabilitas (DP 82%) dan kecepatan pengerjaan terbaik (OFCT 2,1 hari per site) meskipun biaya aktual sedikit di atas standar. SGP memiliki kinerja terendah di seluruh metrik dengan CE 90%, DP 67%, dan OFCT 2,9 hari per site. Perbandingan dengan KPI perusahaan menunjukkan bahwa indikator SCOR mampu memberikan evaluasi yang lebih menyeluruh karena mencakup aspek operasional yang tidak terukur pada KPI administratif perusahaan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengintegrasian indikator SCOR ke dalam sistem evaluasi kinerja mitra untuk mendukung efisiensi biaya dan ketepatan waktu proyek. This study aims to evaluate partner performance in the antenna modernization project using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model and compare it with the company’s current Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Three main SCOR metrics were measured: Delivery Performance (DP), Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT), and Cost Efficiency (CE). The research employed quantitative analysis using project data from three main partners MORA, SGP, and WSM by calculating SCOR indicators and comparing them with the company’s KPIs. The results show that MORA excelled in direct cost efficiency (CE 106%) but had lower DP and OFCT compared to WSM, which recorded the highest reliability (DP 82%) and fastest completion time (OFCT 2.1 days per site) despite slightly exceeding the standard cost. SGP had the lowest performance in all metrics with CE 90%, DP 67%, and OFCT 2.9 days per site. The comparison with the company’s KPIs indicates that SCOR provides a more comprehensive evaluation by including operational aspects not captured in the company’s administrative KPIs. This study recommends integrating SCOR indicators into the partner performance evaluation system to enhance cost efficiency and project timeliness.
