Tugas akhir ini bertujuan memberikan solusi atas permasalahan tata letak penyimpanan produk case pack kategori seasoning merek Bamboe dan Indofood di gudang supermarket Griya Pahlawan. Penyimpanan yang belum optimal menyebabkan barang disimpan sembarang dan tercampur, sehingga distribusi ke supermarket terlambat karena waktu picking lebih lama dari standar. Solusi yang diusulkan adalah perancangan racking system dengan kebijakan dedicated storage agar setiap produk memiliki lokasi tetap serta metode slotting berbasis analisis ABC berdasarkan frekuensi penjualan. Pemodelan dilakukan menggunakan software Flexsim 2023 untuk mensimulasikan kondisi gudang sebelum dan sesudah penerapan usulan. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan penurunan waktu picking dari 135 detik/SKU menjadi 68,35 detik/SKU. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan dedicated storage dan slotting mampu meminimalkan jarak tempuh picking, mempercepat pencarian barang, serta memaksimalkan pemanfaatan ruang vertikal melalui racking system. Dengan demikian, kinerja gudang meningkat dan aspek penyiapan barang pada Key Performance Indicator perusahaan dapat tercapai. This final project aims to provide a solution to the storage layout problem of seasoning case pack products, specifically the Bamboe and Indofood brands, in the Griya Pahlawan supermarket warehouse. The current storage system is not optimal, as products are placed randomly and mixed with other items, causing delays in distribution due to picking times that exceed the standard. The proposed solution is the design of a racking system with a dedicated storage policy to ensure each product has a fixed location, combined with a slotting method using ABC analysis based on sales frequency. The modeling was conducted using Flexsim 2023 software to simulate warehouse conditions before and after the proposed implementation. The simulation results show a reduction in picking time from 135 seconds/SKU to 68.35 seconds/SKU. This study demonstrates that applying dedicated storage and slotting can reduce picking distance, accelerate product retrieval, optimize vertical space utilization, and improve warehouse performance.
