Abstract
ABSTRAK Studi tentang budaya keselamatan dan kinerja keselamatan telah banyak digunakan dan dievaluasi untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor keselamatan yang digunakan di perusahaan. Namun, banyak penelitian lebih fokus pada pengukuran skala dimensi kinerja budaya dan keselamatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari pemahaman yang lebih dalam struktur budaya keselamatan berdasarkan komitmen perusahaan dan individu dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Model terintegrasi budaya keselamatan dan Komitmen Organisasi dengan delapan dimensi dan Komitmen Individu empat dimensi. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,820 ini merupakan arti bahwa hubungan yang terjadi antara Komitmen Organisasi dan Komitmen Individu terhadap Budaya Keselamatan adalah hubungan positif dengan derajat hubungannya adalah kuat. Koefisien determinasi yang didapat sebesar 67,2% artinya Budaya Keselamatan dapat dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh motivasi dan disiplin kerja sebesar 67,2% sisanya sebesar 32,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Budaya Keselamatan, Komitmen Organisasi, Komitmen Individu, dan regresi linier berganda ABSTRACT Studies on safety culture and safety performance have been widely used and evaluated to identify safety factors used in the company. However, much research has focused more on measuring the dimensions of cultural performance and safety dimensions. This study aims to seek a deeper understanding of the structure of safety culture based on company and individual commitments using multi linier regression. An integrated model of safety culture and Organizational Commitment with eight dimensions and four-dimensional Individual Commitment. This coefficient of correlation 0.820 means that the relationship that occurs between Organizational commitment and Individual Commitment to Safety Culture is a positive relationship with the degree of relationship is strong. The coefficient of determination obtained by 67.2% means that Safety Culture can be explained or influenced by motivation and work discipline by 67.2% and the remaining 32.8% is explained by other variables not included in this study.
