Abstract
ABSTRAK PT. Agility International PLB II adalah salah satu kantor cabang dari PT. Agility International yang bergerak di bidang jasa layanan logistik, seperti pengiriman komoditas tektil untuk pelanggannya di wilayah Bandung. Untuk melakukan pengiriman komoditas tekstil menggunakan dua jenis kendaraan yaitu Mitsubishi Colt Diesel Double (CDD) sebanyak satu unit dan Mitsubishi FUSO sebanyak dua unit, di mana setiap jenis kendaraan tersebut memiliki kapasitas yang berbeda. Dalam proses pengiriman, penentuan rute pengiriman masih didasari atas intuisi sopir (belum berdasarkan kajian matematis). Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini akan mengkaji apakah sistem pengiriman yang diterapkan PT. Agility International PLB II sudah efektif dan efisien, dilihat dari variabel jarak/waktu tempuh terpendek dan biaya pengiriman dari serangkaian alternatif urutan rute kunjungan kepada seluruh pelanggan komoditas tekstil. Penentuan rute dilihat dari variabel jarak/waktu tempuh terpendek, jumlah penggunaan kendaraan, dan biaya pengiriman dengan mempertimbangkan waktu pelayanan dan kendaraan yang heterogen termasuk dalam permasalahan Heterogenous Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (HVRPTW), di mana dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode nearest neighbor heuristic. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan, jika dilihat dari segi efektifitas, di mana efektifitas tersebut adalah memfokuskan terhadap kesesuaian antara pengiriman komoditas tekstil dengan permintaan pelanggan, penentuan rute baik untuk sistem yang sekarang maupun usulan dengan metode nearest neighbor heuristic mempunyai nilai efektifitas yang sama, di mana permintaan pengiriman komoditas tekstil dapat terpenuhi seluruhnya. Jika dilihat dari segi efisiensi jarak tempuh dan biaya, penentuan rute usulan dengan metode nearest neighbor heuristic dapat lebih meningkatkan efisiensi di mana biaya pengiriman komoditas tekstil dengan metode saat ini setiap harinya sebesar Rp3.071.151, sedangkan dengan metode nearest neighbor heuristic sebesar Rp3.069.698. Metode nearest neighbor heuristic lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan metode yang digunakan sekarang di mana dengan menggunakan metode nearest neighbor heuristic dapat menghemat total jarak tempuh sebesar 2,3 km atau sekitar 5% dan biaya sebesar Rp 1.453 atau sekitar 0,13% setiap harinya. Agility International, which is engaged in logistics services, such as delivery of textile commodities to customers in the Bandung area. To deliver textile commodities, there are two types of vehicles are used, such as one unit of Mitsubishi Colt Diesel Double (CDD) and two units of Mitsubishi FUSO, where each type of vehicle has a different capacity. In the delivery process, the selection of the delivery route is still based on the driver's intuition (not yet based on a mathematical study). Therefore, this study will examine whether the delivery system implemented by PT. Agility International PLB II is effective and efficient, based on the shortest distance/ travel time and delivery costs from the order of visits of all textile commodity customers. Route choice based on shortest distance/ travel time variables, the number of vehicle usage, and delivery costs by considering service time and heterogeneous vehicles are the problems included in the Heterogeneous Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (HVRPTW), which in this study uses the closest neighbor heuristic method. Based on the comparison, in terms of effectiveness, where the effectiveness is focused on conformity between commodity delivery and customer demand, determining a good route for the existing system or by using the nearest neighbor method which has the same effectiveness value, where the demand for commodity delivery can be fulfilled completely. When viewed from the point of view of mileage and cost efficiency, the determination of the closest neighbor heuristic method can increase efficiency where the cost of delivery textile commodities using the current method is Rp. 3,071,151 every day, while using the closest neighbor heuristic method is Rp. 3,069,698. The closest heuristic method is more efficient than the existing method where using the nearest neighbor heuristic method can provide a total distance of 2.3 km or about 5% and a cost of Rp.1,453 or around 0.13% per day.
