Abstract

Pengelolaan pembayaran dan pemantauan paket pembelajaran di lembaga kursus masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menyulitkan administrasi, pemantauan progres pembelajaran, dan penentuan waktu reminder perpanjangan paket. Selain itu, estimasi berakhirnya paket belum didasarkan pada pola pelaksanaan sesi pembelajaran, sehingga reminder berpotensi diberikan kurang tepat waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan pengelolaan data pendaftaran, siswa, sesi pembelajaran, pembayaran, dan reminder perpanjangan paket. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang meliputi Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, dan Cutover. Sistem dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL. Algoritma Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (EWMA) diterapkan untuk mengestimasi waktu berakhirnya paket berdasarkan interval antar sesi pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan. Hasil estimasi digunakan sebagai dasar penentuan siswa yang perlu memperoleh reminder perpanjangan paket. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil mengintegrasikan pengelolaan pembayaran, sesi pembelajaran, dan reminder perpanjangan dalam satu aplikasi berbasis web. Implementasi EWMA menghasilkan estimasi tanggal berakhirnya paket yang sesuai dengan perhitungan manual dan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar penentuan reminder. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fitur utama berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem yang dikembangkan dapat membantu pengelolaan pembayaran dan pemantauan paket pembelajaran secara lebih terstruktur serta mendukung penentuan reminder perpanjangan berdasarkan estimasi waktu berakhirnya paket. Payment management and monitoring of learning packages at training institutions are still done manually, which complicates administration, monitoring of learning progress, and determining the timing of package renewal reminders. Additionally, estimates of when a package will expire are not based on the pattern of learning sessions, so reminders may not be sent in a timely manner. This study aims to develop a web-based information system that integrates the management of registration data, students, learning sessions, payments, and package renewal reminders. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which includes Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cutover. The system was built using the Laravel framework and a MySQL database. The Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (EWMA) algorithm was applied to estimate the package expiration date based on the intervals between completed learning sessions. The estimation results were used to determine which students needed to receive package renewal reminders. Testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure the system functions as intended. The research results show that the system successfully integrates payment management, learning sessions, and renewal reminders into a single web-based application. The implementation of EWMA produces estimated package expiration dates that align with manual calculations and can be used as the basis for determining reminders. Test results show that all key features function as intended by users. The developed system can help manage payments and monitor learning packages in a more structured manner, as well as support the generation of renewal reminders based on estimated package expiration dates.
