Abstract
Kata kunci: Total jarak, Biaya transportasi, Titik distribusi, Rantai Pasok ABSTRACT The Mekar Rahayu coffee farmer supply chain mapping model in Bandung Regency is the result of the Covid 19 pandemic so that coffee prices have decreased and the profits earned by farmers have decreased. In addition, farmers have to pay their own transportation costs due to the absence of collectors who want to take directly to the garden due to damaged road access. This research is expected to provide information on the mapping of the coffee supply chain distribution network and to find out the distribution points of coffee by farmers to the nearest collectors. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and Center-of-Gravity (CoG) is a method or strategy that can determine the effectiveness of a location in supply chain management. CoG uses mathematical techniques to find the location of distribution points that will minimize distribution costs. The results showed that there were three main streams in the coffee supply chain for farmer groups, namely the flow of goods regarding the movement of coffee, the flow of money regarding payment mechanisms, and the flow of information regarding communication between supply chain actors. For the model for determining the mapping of coffee distribution points, the collectors in Cibuntu village were grouped as many as 41 farmers who were closest to a total distance of 59.2 km, the minimum total transportation cost of Rp. 5,488,000.00 and a total profit of IDR 43,712,000.00. There are 8 collectors in Sudalarang village with a total distance of 12 km. The minimum total transportation cost is Rp. 1,026,000.00 and a total profit of Rp.8,574,000.00. Pamandian village collectors as many as 31 closest farmers with a total distance of 43.6 km, the total minimum transportation cost is Rp.4,091,500.00 and a total profit of Rp.33,108,500.00. There are 20 collectors in Peundey village with a total distance of 31.9 km. The total minimum transportation cost is Rp. 2,740,000.00 and a total profit of Rp. 21,260,000.00. There are 16 collectors in Cipeucang village with a total distance of 21.7 km, a minimum total transportation cost of Rp. 2,096,500.00 and a total profit of Rp. 17,103,500.00. Keywords: Total distance, transportation costs, distribution points, supply chain
