Abstract
ABSTRAK Tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai pengukuran kinerja supply chain yang dilakukan pada salah satu perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yaitu PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Tigabinanga, pengukuran kinerja ini dlakukan karena meningkatnya perusahaan jasa kurir di Kecamatan Tigabinanga yang mengakibatkan adanya persaingan bisnis antar perusahaan jasa kurir tersebut agar tetap mampu mempertahankan dan menambah pelanggan baru khususnya bagi Kantor Pos Tigabinanga. Dalam melakukan pengukuruan kinerja tersebut penulis menggunakan model SCOR dan AHP dalam pengolahan datanya, sehingga hasil akhir akan didapatkan beberapa indikator kinerja supply chain yang memiliki nilai hasil pengukuran kinerja yang rendah dan membutuhkan perbaikan agar PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Tigabinanga tetap dapat memberikan pelayanan serta kinerja yang maksimal. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh 21 key performance indicator (KPI) kemudian dilakukan pembobotan menggunakan model AHP dan melakukan normaliasasi menggunakan Snorm De Boer dan didaptkan hasil pengukuran kinerja sebesar 96 yang artinya sangat baik atau Excellent, selanjutnya dilakukan pengelompokan KPI dengan menggunakan Traffic Light System agar mempermudah dalam mengindetifikasi setiap KPI dengan menggunakan warna, dapat diketahui bahwa 18 KPI berwarna hijau yang artinya sangat baik, kemudian 2 KPI berwarna kuning yang artinya cukup tetapi tetap membutuhkan perbaikan, dan 1 KPI berwarna merah yang artinya masih kurang dan sangat membutuhkan perbaikan. ABSTRACT This Thesis discusses the measurement of supply chain performance carried out at one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), namely PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tigabinanga Post Office, this performance measurement was carried out due to the increase in courier service companies in Tigabinanga District which resulted in business competition. between these courier service companies in order to remain able to maintain and add new customers, especially for the Tigabinanga Post Office. In measuring the performance, the author uses the SCOR and AHP models in processing the data, so that the final result will be obtained from several supply chain performance indicators that have low performance measurement results and require improvement so that PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tigabinanga Post Office can still provide maximum service and performance. The results of this study obtained 21 key performance indicators (KPI) then weighted using the AHP model and normalized using Snorm De Boer and obtained performance measurement results of 96 which means very good or Excellent, then grouping the KPIs using the Traffic Light System to make it easier In identifying each KPI by using color, it can be seen that 18 KPIs are green which means very good, then 2 yellow KPIs which means sufficient but still need improvement, and 1 red KPI which means that it is still lacking and in dire need of improvement.
