Abstract
Farmers, farmers community and retail are supply chain actors in the broccoli supply chain in Cikidang Village, Lembang. Actors supply chains have different advantages and the lowest profits are obtained by farmers as downstream from this broccoli supply chain. This research conducted to examine the behavior of the supply chain sistem when incentives are aligned, RSC actions and farmers failed to harvest. The method used is a sistem dynamics approach with the implementation of scenarios incentive alignment, RSC actions and failed farmers. The main scenarios are the implementation of cost sharing (scenario 1), the application of incentives provided by the government (scenario 2), the application of incentives provided by retailers (scenario 3), the implementation of RSC action by supply chain actors (scenario 4), failed farmers' harvest (scenario 5) and combinedscenarios operating 33 scenarios. The results of the research on the application of scenario 1 farmers profits increased by 110%. farmers community profits decreased by -85%. Retail has not changed. The results of the application of scenario 2 farmers profits did not change. farmers community profits increased by 303%. retail profits increased by 10%. The results of the application of scenario 3 farmers profits have increased by 60%. farmers community profits increased by 107%. Retail profits decreased by -20%. The results of the application of scenario 4 farmers profits increased by 49%. farmers community profits increased by 142%. retail profits increased by 35%. The results of the application of scenario 5 farmers profits decreased by -91%. farmers community profits increased by 115%. Retail profits decreased by -1%. In conclusion, the best scenario from a farmer's point of view is a combination of cost sharing, government incentives and retail incentives and the best scenario from a supply chain point of view is a combination of cost sharing, government incentives and RSC action.
