Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. Asfindo Strato merupakan perusahaan pertambangan yang terletak di Kabupaten Lebak, Banten. Salah satu peralatan yang memiliki peranan yang cukup besar dalam keberlangsungan perusahaan pertambangan adalah armada truk. Dengan produktivitas yang tinggi maka diperlukan biaya perawatan mesin kendaraan, agar perusahaan mampu menyediakan armada yang selalu siap pakai saat dibutuhkan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan perencanaan penjadwalan perawatan mesin kendaraan agar kendaraan selalu siap sedia. Mengingat armada truk yang ada harus menempuh jarak yang cukup panjang setiap hari dengan intensitas dan frekuensi penggunaan yang tinggi maka perencanaan penjadwalan perawatan mesin kendaraan truk yang digunakan harus diprioritaskan. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian Tugas Akhir ini akan ditentukan kebijakan pemeliharaan optimal untuk truk yang digunakan oleh PT. Asfindo Strato dengan menerapkan strategi Reliability-Centred Maintenance. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa interval waktu perawatan sistem kritis armada milik perusahaan PT. Asfindo Strato dengan tingkat reliability yang diharapkan yaitu sebesar 90% dan preventive task RCM untuk komponen – komponen dalam sistem kritis truk hino adalah Preventive task berupa schedule on condition paling banyak diterapkan yaitu sebanyak 24 komponen, schedule on discard diterapkan pada 2 komponen, schedule on restoration diterapkan pada 2 koponen dan schedule failure finding dilakukan terhadap hidden failure yaitu pada 1 komponen. One of the equipment that has a considerable role in the sustainability of mining companies is the fleet of trucks. With high productivity, a vehicle engine maintenance cost is required, so the company is able to provide a fleet that is always ready to use when needed. It is therefore necessary to plan the schedule of vehicle engine maintenance so that vehicles are always available. Given the existing fleet of trucks must travel a considerable length every day with high intensity and frequency of use, the scheduling planning of the truck vehicle engine used must be prioritized. Therefore in this final task study will be determined the optimal maintenance policy for the trucks used by PT. Asfindo Strato by implementing the Reliability-Centred Maintenance strategy. Results showed the interval of critical system maintenance of the company's fleet of PT. Asfindo Strato with the expected reliability level of 90% and preventive task RCM for some components of trucks, the most applied preventive task is schedule on condition that is as many as 24 components, schedule on discard applied to 2 components, schedule on restoration applied to 2 components and schedule failure finding against hidden failure is applied on 1 component.
