Abstract
ABSTRAK Muhammad Luqman Dimyati., Analisis rute pendistribusian busana menggunakan metode Vehicle Routing Problem di PT Shafira Corporation, Bandung, Manajemen Transportasi, 2018. Semakin majunya perkembangan fashion sekarang PT. Shafira Corporation yang berkantor untuk di Bandung, telah memiliki 20 showroom tersebut berada di 12 titik tempat. Terlambat dalam pengiriman yang disebabkan oleh kurang tepat pemilihan rute, untuk pendistribusian barang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memilih rute terbaik dalam mendistribusikan barang dengan menggunakan metode Vehicle Routing Problem dan Biaya Operasi Kendaraan (BOK). Diketahui terdapat 3 biaya distribusi pada PT. Shafira Corporation dari hasil jarak tempuh untuk proses distribusi yang pertama menggunakan kendaraan Truck dengan jarak 61 km, lalu menggunakan pickup 1 dengan jarak 30,5km, dan yang terakhir menggunakan pickup 2 dengan jarak 28km. Hasil yang di peroleh dari metode Vehicle Routing Problem dan Biaya Operasi Kendaraan (BOK) didapatkan hasil jarak tempuh dan biaya distribusi pertama biaya distribusi armada truk Colt Disel Engkel lebih unggul menggunakan metode Nearest Neighbor dengan selisih 3.94% dan biaya distribusi sebesar Rp 46,001.89,-, dan biaya Armada Gran Max Pick Up 1 lebih unggul menggunakn metode Saving matrix dengan selisih 9.39% dan biaya distribusi sebesar Rp 186,299.33,-, lalu biaya Armada Gran Max Pick Up 2 lebih unggul menggunakn metode Saving matrix dengan selisih 4.30% biaya distribusi Rp 180,993.59,-, Maka total biaya distribusi yang hemat adalah metode saving matrix sebesar Rp 425.302,95 dengan selisih 2.04% Dari hasil penelitian ini maka saran yang dapat diberikan untuk dipertimbangkan di PT. Shafira Corporation untuk permasalahan rute pendistribusian adalah rute yang terbentuk dari hasil penelitian menggunakan metode Vehicle Routing Problem yaitu nearest neighbor dan saving matrix bisa diterapkan perusahaan untuk meminimumkan waktu pengiriman dan penghematan biaya distribusi. Kata Kunci : Transportasi, Pendistribusian, Vehicle Routing Problem dengan pendekatan, Nearest Neighbor dan Saving Matrix. The problem faced by the company today is the amount of availability of goods that are less than optimal, and often late in shipping caused by incorrect route selection, for the distribution of goods. The purpose of this research is to choose the best route in distributing goods using the Vehicle Routing Problem and Vehicle Operating Cost (BOK) method. It is known that there are 3 distribution costs at PT. Shafira Corporation from the results of the distance for the first distribution process using a Truck vehicle with a distance of 61 km, then using pickup 1 with a distance of 30.5km, and the latter using pickup 2 with a distance of 28km. The results obtained from the Vehicle Routing Problem and Vehicle Operating Cost (BOK) method showed that the distance and first distribution costs of the truck fleet distribution costs were superior using the Nearest Neighbor method with a difference of 3.94% and distribution costs of Rp 46,001.89, - and Fleet costs Gran Max Pick Up 1 is superior to using the Saving matrix method with a difference of 9.39% and distribution costs of Rp 186,299.33, -, then the cost of the Gran Max Fleet Pick Up 2 is superior to using the Saving matrix method with a 4.30% difference in distribution costs of Rp 180,993.59, So the total cost of distribution that is efficient is the saving matrix method of Rp. 425,302.95 with a difference of 2.04% From the results of this study, suggestions that can be given to be considered at PT. Shafira Corporation for the problem of distribution routes is that the route formed from the results of research using the Vehicle Routing Problem method, namely nearest neighbor and saving matrix, can be applied by companies to minimize delivery time and save distribution costs.
