Abstract

ABSTRAK Rantai pasok merupakan salah satu kegiatan didalam perusahaan yang sangat penting, karena pada kegiatan tersebut perusahaan dapat menjalankan bisnis sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang berlaku. Peran Supply Chain Management adalah untuk mengatur keseluruhan kegiatan rantai pasok agar berjalan sesuai dengan alur yang berlaku, SCM memegang peran penting dalam perusahaan, agar perusahaan menjadikan sebuah alur rantai pasok ke arah efisien dan efektif. PT.Navel Berjaya merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang berjalan dibidang trading kain yang bertempat di Batununggal, Bandung. Perusahaan ini sudah masuk dalam level internasional trading kain. Dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19, perusahaan mengalami penurunan supply jenis kain karena segala aspek terganggu oleh situasi pandemi, mulai dari permintaan kain, pengiriman kain, produksi kain, hingga banyak nya SDM yang harus diberhentikan karena perusahaan tidak sanggup untuk membayar keseluruhan karyawan. Situasi pandemi Covid-19 yang sangat mempengaruhi siklus rantai pasok, peneliti menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operation Reference yang dimana didalam penelitian terdapat Level 1 (Kegiatan Rantai Pasok) mencakup 5 kriteria, Level 2 mencakup 5 kriteria dan Level 3 mencakup 18 kriteria. Kriteria level 3 pada akhirnya akan di normalisasi menggunakan Snorm De Boer untuk mendapatkan hasil mutlak pada nilai akhir kinerja perusahaan serta menggunakan Mapping Strategy untuk saran perbaikan kepada perusahaan. Hasil pengolahan data yang didapatkan melalui metode Scor dan beberapa tahapan lainnya, PT.Navel Berjaya mendapatkan total kinerja akhir sebesar 67,35 (Cukup Baik) dan perlu adanya perbaikan dalam bidang Source, Make dan Plan untuk mengatur dan memperbaiki keseluruhan kinerja didalam perusahaan. PT.Navel Berjaya is one company that runs in trading cloth batununggal, located in Batununggal. Bandung The company it has been listed in the international trading cloth trust in the field because his patrons mostly located in. overseas. The pandemic Covid-19, companies experienced a fall in supply a kind of fabric for all aspects of disturbed by, pandemic situation ranging from cloth, demand pengriman, cloth production, cloth until his lot human resources should be dismissed because the cycle of supply chains which hampered it not being able to pay the workers. The situation pandemics covid-19 very affect cycle supply chain , researchers used a method of supply chain operation reference where in research there are the level of 1 (activities supply chain) covering 5 criteria , the level of 2 includes 5 criteria and the level of 3 includes 18 criteria. Criteria the level of 3 will eventually be in normalization use Snorm De Boer to get results absolute on the value the end of a performance company and use mapping software strategy to suggestions for improvements to the company. The results of data processing obtained through scor methods and some other stage,PT.Navel Berjaya receives a total of performance the end of was 67,35 and need of an improvement in the Source , Make and Plan to regulate and improve the overall performance in company.
