Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari kegiatan Assessment ini adalah menilai capability level di lingkungan bidang TIK Politeknik Pos Indonesia, yang pada dasarnya merupakan landasan bagi terwujudnya suatu tata kelola TI yang baik di lingkungan Politeknik Pos Indonesia. Untuk itu agar dihasilkan standar tata kelola TI yang baik, maka kegiatan Assessment TI ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model standar COBIT 5 (Control Objective for Information and Relation Technology - 5), yang berorientasi pada Governance of Enterprise IT (GEIT). Output yang dihasilkan berdasarkan hasil penilaian pencapaian Capability Level menggunakan proses COBIT 5 terhadap proses-proses APO03 (Manage Enterprise Architecure), DSS03 (Manage Problem), MEA01 (Monitoring, Evaluate, and Assess Performance and Conformance), dan MEA02 (Monitoring, Evaluate, and Assess the System of Internal Control), semua berada pada status not achieved dengan nilai 0%, sedangkan proses-proses APO07 (Manage Human Resources) dengan nilai 38,83%, BAI09 (Manage Assets) dengan nilai 46,6%, dan DSS01 (Manage Operation) dengan nilai 16,6%, masing-masing berada pada status partially achieved. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa dari ke7 proses COBIT yang di assessment terlihat bahwa tata kelola IT pada Bidang TIK Politeknik Pos Indonesia masih harus melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan secara keseluruhan dan berkelanjutan untuk pencapaian level yang lebih tinggi lagi. Kata Kunci: Assessment, Capability Level, Tata Kelola TI, Not Achieved, Partially Achieved Abstract The purpose of this activity is to assess the capability level in the field of ICT Politeknik Pos Indonesia, which is basically a foundation for the realization of a sound IT governance in Politeknik Pos Indonesia. Standards in order to produce good IT governance, the Assessment IT activity is performed using the standard 5 COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Relations Technology - 5), which is oriented to the Governance of Enterprise IT (GEIT). Output generated based on appraisals achievement of Capability Level using the COBIT 5 of the processes APO03 (Manage Enterprise architecture), DSS03 (Manage Problem), MEA01 (Monitoring, Evaluate, and Assess Performance and Conformance), and MEA02 (Monitoring, Evaluate, and Assess the System of Internal Control), all located on the status not achieved with a value of 0%, whereas the processes APO07 (Manage Human Resources) with a value of 38.83%, BAI09 (Manage Assets) with a value of 46.6%, and DSS01 (Manage Operations) with a value of 16.6%, respectively located on partially achieved status. The conclusion from this study that from the 7th COBIT processes that assessment shows that the IT governance in the field of ICT Politeknik Pos Indonesia still have to make improvements overall and sustainable for the attainment of a higher level again.
