Laporan Tugas Akhir, Program Studi DIII Administrasi Logistik Universitas Logistik dan Bisnis Internasional, Bandung. Pembimbing: Ali Mohamad Rezza, S.T.,M.M. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketidaksesuaian pencapaian target Surat Perintah Keluar Barang (SPKB) di gudang PT XYZ, khususnya pada aktivitas picking yang menjadi kendala utama dalam pencapaian target produksi. Selain itu, proses picking masih manual dan belum optimal, sehingga diperlukan pengukuran beban kerja yang akurat untuk menentukan kebutuhan tenaga kerja yang ideal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur beban kerja aktivitas picking di gudang PT XYZ menggunakan metode Full Time Equivalent (FTE) dan Workload Analysis (WLA), serta menyesuaikan jumlah tenaga kerja agar mencapai efisiensi dan keseimbangan beban. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa ketidaksesuaian target picking disebabkan oleh faktor internal gudang dan tenaga kerja picker telah memahami prosedur kerja. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pengukuran waktu siklus aktivitas picking selama 5 hari kerja di zona AA dan AC, diolah melalui uji kecukupan dan keseragaman data, kemudian dihitung FTE dan WLA untuk menentukan beban kerja dan kebutuhan tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai FTE zona AA sebesar 1,31 dan zona AC sebesar 1,97 yang menunjukkan kondisi overload. WLA memperlihatkan beban kerja tinggi di zona AA dan sedang di zona AC dengan total beban kerja 0,99 dan 0,89. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk mengurangi tenaga kerja di zona AA dari 3 menjadi 2 orang dan menambah tenaga di zona AC dari 2 menjadi 3 orang untuk mendorong efisiensi dan pencapaian target produksi. This study was motivated by the failure to meet the target set out in the Goods Issue Order (SPKB) at the PT XYZ warehouse, particularly in terms of picking activities, which were the main obstacle to achieving production targets. In addition, the picking process was still manual and not yet optimal, so accurate workload measurements were needed to determine the ideal workforce requirements. The objective of this study is to measure the workload of picking activities at PT XYZ's warehouse using the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) and Workload Analysis (WLA) methods, and to adjust the number of workers to achieve efficiency and workload balance. Based on the research conducted, the discrepancy in picking targets is caused by internal warehouse factors, and the pickers have understood the work procedures. The methodology used involved measuring the cycle time of picking activities over five working days in zones AA and AC, processing the data through sufficiency and consistency tests, and then calculating FTE and WLA to determine workload and labor requirements. The research results showed an FTE value of 1.31 for zone AA and 1.97 for zone AC, indicating an overload condition. WLA showed high workload in zone AA and moderate workload in zone AC, with total workload of 0.99 and 0.89, respectively. Recommendations were made to reduce the workforce in zone AA from 3 to 2 people and increase the workforce in zone AC from 2 to 3 people to enhance efficiency and achieve production targets.
