PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang catering dengan fokus pada layanan in-flight catering. Menyediakan bahan baku yang berkualitas dan tepat waktu merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk memenuhi permintaan dan kebutuhan konsumen serta menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan. Namun pada paper-based food packaging commodities beberapa kali mengalami keterlambatan penerimaan barang dari vendor yang membuat perusahaan kekurangan stok dan tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Pemilihan vendor yang kurang baik dapat mempengaruhi perusahaan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi vendor paper-based food packaging commodities untuk mengetahui pemeringkatan vendor yang baik untuk pengadaan dengan menggunakan metode AHP dan TOPSIS. Penggunaan metode AHP digunakan untuk memberikan bobot pada kriteria yang digunakan yaitu delivery, quality, responsiveness dan flexibility dan menghasilkan bobot secara berurutan, quality (0,57), delivery (0,21), flexibility (0,12), dan responsiveness (0,09). Serta penggunaan TOPSIS untuk pemeringkatan alternatif vendor dan dihasilkan pemeringkatan secara berurutan Vendor D (0,716), Vendor B (0,575), Vendor C (0,439) dan Vendor A (0,010). PT XYZ is a company engaged in the catering industry, with a primary focus on in-flight catering services. Providing high-quality and timely raw materials is crucial to meet customer demands and ensure customer satisfaction. However, there have been several instances of delays in the delivery of paper-based food packaging commodities from vendors, resulting in stock shortages and the company’s inability to fulfill customer needs. Poor vendor selection can significantly impact the company’s ability to meet these demands.This report aims to evaluate vendors of paper-based food packaging commodities to determine the ranking of suitable vendors for procurement purposes using AHP and TOPSIS methods. The AHP method is used to assign weight to the selected criteria, delivery, quality, responsiveness, and flexibility. The resulting priority weights are as follows, quality (0.57), delivery (0.21), flexibility (0.12), and responsiveness (0.09). In addition, the TOPSIS method is applied to rank the vendor alternatives. The results show the following ranking, Vendor D (0.716), Vendor B (0.575), Vendor C (0.439) and Vendor A (0.010).
