Tugas Akhir. Program Studi DIII Administrasi Logistik, Universitas Logistik dan Bisnis Internasional, Bandung. Pembimbing: Dr. Ali Mohamad Rezza, MM. Penerimaan barang dari distribution center (DC) merupakan bagian krusial dalam rantai pasok ritel, yang menuntut efisiensi dan ketepatan waktu. Di bagian receiving Griya Antapani, ditemukan antrian kendaraan pengirim yang cukup panjang akibat waktu pembongkaran barang yang tidak menentu. Ketidakteraturan ini terjadi karena belum adanya standar waktu kerja yang ditetapkan secara resmi untuk aktivitas unloading. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa durasi unloading bervariasi antara 30 hingga 75 menit per siklus, sehingga mengakibatkan keterlambatan distribusi barang ke area penyimpanan dan display. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan waktu standar kerja pada aktivitas unloading menggunakan metode time study dengan pendekatan Westinghouse dalam penilaian performa kerja. Penelitian dilakukan di bagian receiving PT Akur Pratama cabang Griya Antapani melalui pengamatan langsung. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa waktu baku unloading adalah 68 menit. Analisis kebutuhan tenaga kerja juga mengindikasikan bahwa jumlah pekerja yang tersedia saat ini, yaitu 4 orang, sudah memadai. Namun, pada aktivitas tertentu seperti membongkar muatan dan pengecekan dokumen yang sebelumnya dikerjakan oleh 2 orang, dapat dialokasikan hanya untuk 1 orang saja. Pengaturan ini membuat distribusi tugas lebih efisien tanpa mengurangi efektivitas operasional. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan awal dalam penetapan standar kerja serta mendukung manajemen dalam perencanaan tenaga kerja dan pengendalian operasional yang lebih efektif. The process of receiving goods from the distribution center (DC) plays an essential role in the retail supply chain, requiring both efficiency and timeliness. At the receiving area of Griya Antapani, long queues of delivery vehicles were observed due to inconsistent unloading times. This irregularity occurs because there is no officially established standard time for unloading activities. Observational data indicated that unloading durations varied between 30 and 75 minutes per cycle, which caused delays in transferring goods to storage and display areas. This study aims to determine the standard working time for unloading activities using the time study method with the Westinghouse approach for performance rating. The research was conducted at the receiving division of PT Akur Pratama, Griya Antapani branch, through direct observation. The results showed that the standard time for unloading was 68 minutes. Furthermore, the labor requirement analysis revealed that the current workforce of 4 employees is sufficient. However, certain tasks, such as unloading and document checking, which were previously handled by 2 workers, can be reassigned to only 1 worker. This adjustment enables a more efficient distribution of tasks without reducing operational effectiveness. The findings of this study are expected to serve as an initial reference for establishing standard working times and to assist management in workforce planning and operational control more effectively.
