ABSTRAK Gunawan, Nafisa Noor Naila. 2025. Analisis Perbandingan Biaya Milik Sendiri dan Sewa Armada Wingbox di PT XYZ dengan Metode Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK). Tugas Akhir, Program Studi DIII Administrasi Logistik Universitas Logistik dan Bisnis Internasional Bandung. Pembimbing: Gayuh Minang Lati, S.T., MBA dan Dr. Ali Mohamad Rezza, S.T., M.M. PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa logistik sebagai penyedia jasa transportasi angkutan barang. PT XYZ saat menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan armada wingbox, khusunya pada unit armada wingbox 10 wheels, dimana jumlah armada yang dimiliki perusahaan terbatas. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan layanan transportasinya, perusahaan masih menggunakan armada milik sendiri dan pada armada sewa ke vendor, hal ini menyebabkan ketidakstabilan dalam biaya operasional dan risiko keterlambatan pengiriman, serta berpengaruh pada kepuasan pelanggan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan efisiensi biaya antara penggunaan armada wingbox 10 wheels milik sendiri dengan armada sewa menggunakan metode Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK). Metode ini dipilih sebagai alat analisis untuk menghitung dan membandingkan seluruh komponen biaya operasional meliputi biaya tetap, biaya variabel, dan biaya overhead per tahun, per bulan, dan biaya per trip dalam operasionalnya. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data yang dilakukan dengan metode Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK), didapatkan bahwa biaya operasional kendaraan untuk armada wingbox 10 wheels jika menggunakan milik sendiri sebesar Rp594.428.212/tahun dan armada sewa sebesar Rp660.000.000/tahun. Hal ini menunjukan biaya operasional kendaraan milik sendiri lebih efisien, karena biaya operasionalnya lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan sewa vendor. Perusahaan dapat menghemat biaya operasional sebesar Rp65.571.788/tahun menggunakan armada milik sendiri. PT XYZ is a company that operates in the logistics services sector, specifically as a provider of freight transportation services. PT XYZ is encountering difficulties in the management of the wingbox fleet, particularly the 10-wheel wingbox units, due to inherent limitations within its fleet. To fulfill itstransportation requirements, the company continues to utilize its fleet of vehicles and to procure additional vehicles from external vendors as needed. This approach engenders instability in operational costs and gives customers the potential for delays in deliveries. This study aims to analyze the cost efficiency comparison between using a fleet of 10-wheel wingboxes owned by the company and a rented fleet using the vehicle operating cost (VOC) method. This method was chosen as an analytical tool to calculate and compare all operational cost components, including fixed costs, variable costs, and overhead costs, in a year, a month, and a trip in its operations. Based on the results of data processing and analysis conducted using the Vehicle Operating Cost (VOC) method, it wasfound that the vehicle operating costs for a 10- wheel wingbox fleet using an owned fleet amounted to Rp594.428.212/year, and a leased fleet amounted to Rp660.000.000/year. This indicates that the operational costs of owned vehicles are more efficient, as they are lower than those of rented vehicles.
