Abstract

Pengelolaan administrasi iuran sampah di tingkat Rukun Warga (RW) umumnya masih dilakukan secara manual melalui buku catatan fisik atau lembar kerja sederhana, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan, sulit dalam pelacakan tunggakan, dan minim transparansi. Kondisi ini menurunkan efisiensi operasional dan kepercayaan warga terhadap pengurus RW. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun Sistem Administrasi Iuran Sampah Tingkat RW Berbasis Web sebagai solusi digitalisasi administrasi kebersihan lingkungan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Next.js sebagai antarmuka pengguna serta Supabase (PostgreSQL) sebagai layanan backend dan basis data. Sistem mengintegrasikan tiga peran pengguna, yaitu Admin RW, Warga, dan Petugas Kebersihan (Driver), dalam satu platform terpusat. Fitur utama mencakup manajemen data warga, pencatatan pembayaran iuran digital, pelaporan keuangan otomatis, layanan request pickup sampah berbasis peta lokasi interaktif, dan fitur komunikasi antar pengguna. Pengujian fungsionalitas dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing terhadap seluruh modul sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh skenario uji pada modul login, registrasi, dashboard warga, pembayaran iuran, dan dashboard RT berhasil dieksekusi sesuai dengan keluaran yang diharapkan. Sistem terbukti mampu mendigitalisasi administrasi iuran sampah secara efektif, meningkatkan akurasi data, transparansi pelaporan keuangan, serta mengoptimalkan koordinasi pengangkutan sampah di lingkungan RW. This study aims to design and develop a Web-Based RW Level Waste Fee Administration System as a solution for digitalizing community sanitation administration. The system was developed using the Next.js framework as the user interface and Supabase (PostgreSQL) as the backend service and database. The system integrates three user roles, namely RW Admin, Resident, and Waste Collection Officer (Driver), into a single centralized platform. Key features include resident data management, digital fee payment recording, automated financial reporting, waste pickup request service based on an interactive location map, and inter-user communication features. Functional testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method across all system modules. Test results show that all test scenarios in the login, registration, resident dashboard, fee payment, and RT dashboard modules were successfully executed according to expected outputs.
